lots of little towns with shops and other types of tourist attractions are found here in the Mojave desert but As well there are also multiple large cities and states through out the desert. States are Arizona, Nevada and California with cities like Las Vegas, Anaheim and phoenix. With those massive states and cities and the tourist attractions to them it has disrupted all animals within the Mojave desert. With plenty of movies and T.V shows filmed here a lot of people say its a recreational playground. with these states and cities only growing its making this massive "Playground" shrink down it will take plenty of years or maybe even never for it to be completely gone but we expect the animals to leave their home when we only want to grow Ares.
California king snake
the California king snake is a non venomous snake that lives in the western united states and northern Mexico . the California king snake is an opportunistic feeders, and common food items include rodents, other reptiles, birds and amphibians.All king snakes are non-venomous, but are powerful constrictors and generally kill their prey through suffocation. Mating for the king snake begins in the spring and involves the males competing for available females. Eggs are laid between May and August which is generally 42–63 days after mating.
Desert Big Horn Sheep
the desert big horn sheep lives threw ought the southwest united sates and northern Mexico. It also lives in the Colorado desert the Sonoran desert and the Joshua tree desert. its body is muscular and stocky with an average weight of 200 pounds it can put up a fight against different types of predators. they can lose bout 30% of their body weight and as well go weeks or months without water and still survive.Desert bighorn sheep are social, forming herds of eight to 10 individuals sometimes herds of 100 are observed together.
Cougar
The cougar also commonly known as the mountain lion, puma, and panther is a large felid which is native to America Canada and other countries. they can get as big for males up to 220 pounds and with the females they can get up to 140 pounds. they can hunt animals and mammals over twice their weight. the cougars main prey is the mule deer with the mule deer being about 70-80% of the cougars diet. with the rest being insects and other small animals consisting the rest of the cougars diets. when they hit about a year and a half or three years old the females become sexually active and this continues every year and a half.
Mule deer
the mule deer is and indigenous species to western north America. the thing that people mistake with this deer is the ear size. a male adult buck can weigh up to 460 pounds and the female does can weigh upto 200 pounds. their diet consist of various different plants. Mainly berries and other easy to digest plants. it is one of a few invasive species as its mainly used to various bushes and other edible plants the mule deer has had to adapt to the dry weather which doesn't allow as many plants to grow. As well as cover from prey as its open dry desert area.

this graph shows the influx in the relationship of predator vs prey for the mountain lion vs. the Mule deer. about 80% of the lions food resource is the mule deer so when the deer start to disappear the lions die out along side.
Species At risk- Arizona bald eagle
the Arizona bald eagle is at risk and vulnerable of being endangered in 1978 there was only 11 breeding pairs that had been identified. since then the population has grown but the risks the birds go through. there's seasonal closures for the birds as well as a bald eagle management program and a southwest bald eagle management committee.
